Our team will handle your LEC Application from initial DA assessment, architectural and planning revisions, through to LEC lodgement, liaison, conciliation and resolution for one set fee.*
*After the initial free consultation we will determine a set fee for handling your applrication and case. It will include architectural and legal advice and representation to LEC Conciliation/Mediation stage. Extra fees will apply for more in depth architectual services, designs and drawings or legal representation at a Land & Environment Court Hearing.
